What's Andrew and a few tractors been up too!

Andrew has been concerned over the continued build up of loam on the square and the resulting uneven and rolling features of the table. The rolling surface has resulted in loss of games when it rains as the water does not drain away but puddles. The committee decided to take the drastic step to level the square with the work starting in earnest this week.

Step 1 remove all vegetation

Step 2 Break up the surface and grade the table

Step 3 Reseeded and watered

The club would like to thank Dave Curtis for the loan of his pick up to help Andrew Move all of the excess Material

The square looks very good and no doubt will be even flatter, with the bowlers struggling even more.
